제1조 (목적) 본 약관은 사용자가 ‘회복로그’ (이하 ‘본 앱’)에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용함에 있어, 개발자와 사용자 간의 권리, 의무, 책임 사항 및 기타 필요한 기본적인 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이 설치 즉시 이용할 수 있으며, 앱을 설치하고 이용하는 것은 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
제2조 (의료 정보에 대한 면책 조항 – 중요)
- 본 앱은 사용자의 **일상 루틴 및 개인적인 활동 등을 스스로 기록하고 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 ‘보조 도구’**일 뿐입니다.
- 본 앱에서 제공하거나 사용자가 입력한 어떠한 정보도 전문적인 의학적 진단, 상담, 치료, 또는 의료진의 조언을 대체할 수 없습니다.
- 건강상 이상이 있거나 의학적 판단이 필요한 경우, 반드시 전문 의료 기관을 방문하여 의사의 진료를 받아야 합니다.
- 개발자는 사용자가 본 앱에 기록된 정보를 바탕으로 취한 행동이나 그로 인해 발생한 건강상의 결과, 피해, 분쟁에 대해 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않습니다.
제3조 (서비스의 제공, 변경 및 광고 게재)
- 본 앱의 모든 기본 기능은 사용자에게 100% 무료로 제공됩니다.
- 개발자는 무료 서비스 제공 및 앱의 유지보수를 위하여 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob)을 포함한 배너, 전면 광고 등의 광고를 앱 내에 게재할 수 있습니다.
- 개발자는 더 나은 서비스 제공을 위해 앱의 기능을 추가, 변경 또는 삭제할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 사용자에게 발생한 직간접적인 손해에 대해 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.
제4조 (데이터의 관리 및 백업)
- 본 앱은 사용자의 입력 데이터(기록 내용)를 외부 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 사용자의 스마트폰 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
- 기기 분실, 변경, 앱 삭제 등으로 인한 데이터 유실의 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.
- 데이터 보호를 위해 본 앱에서 제공하는 ‘백업 및 복원’ 기능 사용 시, 백업 파일은 암호화되어 생성됩니다. 사용자는 백업 파일을 스스로 안전하게 보관해야 합니다.
제5조 (책임의 제한) 개발자는 천재지변, 기기 결함, 사용자의 스마트폰 조작 미숙, 외부 해킹 등 개발자의 통제 범위를 벗어난 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 서비스 이용에 장애가 발생하거나 데이터가 유실된 경우 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제6조 (약관의 개정 및 공지)
- 개발자는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
- 약관이 개정될 경우, 개정된 약관의 내용과 적용 일자는 개발자의 공식 블로그 (https://gongfree.kr 의 ‘개발어플’ 카테고리)를 통해 사전에 공지합니다.

Terms of Service (EN)
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary basic matters between the developer and the user regarding the use of the ‘Recovery Log’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘App’). This App can be used immediately upon installation without a separate sign-up process. Installing and using the App is deemed as consent to these Terms of Service.
Article 2 (Medical Disclaimer – IMPORTANT)
- This App is merely a ‘supplementary tool’ designed to help users record and manage their own daily routines and personal activities.
- No information provided by this App or entered by the user shall substitute for professional medical diagnosis, consultation, treatment, or advice from medical professionals.
- If you have health issues or require medical judgment, you must visit a professional medical institution and consult with a doctor.
- The developer shall not be held legally responsible for any actions taken by the user based on the information recorded in this App, nor for any health outcomes, damages, or disputes arising therefrom.
Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services & Advertising)
- All basic functions of this App are provided to the user 100% free of charge.
- To maintain the free service and support App maintenance, the developer may display advertisements within the App, including banners and interstitial ads through providers such as Google AdMob.
Article 4 (Data Management and Backup)
- This App does not collect or transmit the user’s input data to external servers. All data is stored exclusively on the user’s smartphone device.
- The user is entirely responsible for any data loss resulting from device loss, device replacement, or deletion of the App.
- For data protection, when using the ‘Backup and Restore’ function, backup files are generated in an encrypted format.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability) The developer shall not be held liable for any service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure beyond the developer’s control.
Article 6 (Amendment and Notice) Amended Terms will be announced in advance through the developer’s official blog (https://gongfree.kr).
