1. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적 ‘회복로그’ (이하 ‘본 앱’)는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 개인정보보호법 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떠한 개인정보(이름, 전화번호, 이메일 등)도 수집하거나 요구하지 않습니다.
2. 데이터의 저장 및 관리 (기기 내부 저장) 본 앱에서 사용자가 입력하는 모든 데이터(일상 활동 기록, 루틴, 메모 등)는 사용자의 스마트폰 기기 내부에만 로컬로 저장됩니다. 개발자나 제3자의 외부 서버로 전송되거나 수집되지 않습니다.
3. 데이터 백업 및 복원 (암호화 처리) 사용자의 기기 변경이나 데이터 유실 방지를 위해 ‘백업 및 복원’ 기능을 제공하고 있습니다. 이 과정에서 생성되는 백업 데이터는 안전하게 암호화되어 저장되며, 개발자는 해당 백업 데이터의 내용에 접근하거나 열람할 수 없습니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁 본 앱은 사용자의 데이터를 외부 서버로 수집하지 않으므로, 제3자에게 데이터를 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하는 일 또한 발생하지 않습니다.
5. 개인정보의 파기 사용자가 스마트폰에서 본 앱을 삭제(언인스톨)할 경우, 기기 내부에 저장되어 있던 모든 기록과 데이터는 즉시 함께 파기됩니다. 사용자가 직접 생성한 백업 파일은 사용자가 기기에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보 보호 본 앱은 모든 연령대가 이용할 수 있으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy (EN)
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information ‘Recovery Log’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘App’) values the user’s personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. Data Storage and Management (On-Device Storage) All data entered by the user in this App (daily logs, activity records, personal notes, etc.) is stored locally only within the user’s smartphone device. It is not transmitted to or collected by the developer’s or any third party’s external servers.
3. Data Backup and Restoration (Encryption) To prevent data loss and assist with device replacement, a ‘Backup and Restoration’ function is provided. Backup data generated during this process is securely encrypted and stored. The developer does not have access to, nor can they view, the contents of such backup data.
4. Third-Party Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information Since this App does not collect user data to external servers, the provision of data to third parties or the entrustment of data processing does not occur.
5. Destruction of Personal Information When a user deletes (uninstalls) this App from their smartphone, all records and data stored within the device are immediately destroyed. Backup files created by the user can be manually deleted by the user directly from the device.
6. Protection of Children’s Personal Information This App is available for all ages and does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
